Complaint No: PCCSL/06/09/2012 – Ms. Joseph vs Lakbimanews
I am in receipt of your complaint and have already spoken to the Actg. Editor of Lakbimanews Newspaper in which the cartoon appeared last Sunday. I have said that although it is not a violation of the Code of Professional Practice, it is in bad taste and to refrain from such activity as it could bring embarrassment to Sri Lanka.
