Subject: Retraction to press statement

Madam,

At the outset, I submit that the allegations in the press statement against the company are totally false and baseless. The press statement has been issued unilaterally without proper verification of facts and without even ascertaining the truthness from us.

It is for your information that after the compliant was lodged against Mr.Raja, he was not allowed to join the duty and was placed under suspension. An independent enquiry has been ordered before a committee headed by a retired judicial officer.

As far as Mrs. Akila is concerned she has been suspended based on complaints from more than 15 women employees and women journalists and based on those complaints an independent enquiry has been ordered before a committee headed by a retired judicial officer.

The above facts will clearly prove that the press statement issued by you is totally false and contrary to true facts.
